Gosselin - Vehicle Operations - Logistics Readiness Squadron I wanted to take time to thank you for providing the 5 Peter Pan buses and drivers for the Westfield International Air Show at Barnes Air National Guard. We did not exactly give them the smoothest route, which included dusty-dirt roads, bumpy soft grass, tight quarters and many pedestrians in the road to navigate. The drivers were sharply dressed and among the most professional I have worked with. You clearly took our request for drivers very seriously and sent us a few of your safest drivers considering 3 have more than one Million miles, including one driver with over 3 Million, accident free. On Saturday the drivers worked together to empty 2 large parking lots containing thousands of cars each within 90 minutes of the end of the air show. On Sunday they battled the wet conditions and helped safely deliver thousands to the show. They worked a full “military” day which means they stayed until the job was done and not a complaint was heard.

Jill A. LukasikAs you may know, Peter Pan/Coachbuilders has done a lot of repair and maintenance work on the American Red Cross bloodmobile bus.

Our bus operates 5 to 6 days a week at various locations in Western and Central Massachusetts, including at Peter Pan!

We at the Red Cross face many challenges when the bus needs attention due to a sudden malfunction, etc. We faced a crisis last month when two of our air conditioning units failed midway through a blood drive and the drive had to be closed. We had another blood drive scheduled for the next day and it was imperative that the bus be there to collect blood. I called Bill Sinico and without hesitation he told me to immediately bring the bus to Coachbuilders. I explained that I was in desperate need for the bus to be able to operate the next morning and both Bill and John Cieplik assured me they would do everything possible. Well, the next day when we retrieved the bus the air conditioning problem had been resolved and we were off to the blood drive, which was a complete success.

I have been working with Bill and John for years, and I cannot express enough how many times they have come to my rescue on a moment’s notice. Their diligence has played an intricate part of our successful blood collections and I can’t thank them enough for their caring nature toward me and their urgency in insuring our bus operates smoothly.

Tom and the other dispatchers are very responsive to our needs, and you do a good job handling all our events, from the intimate to the very large. As you know, the biggest is our Pops concert at Symphony Hall for approximately 2,100 people. I think last year's busing after the Pops was the best yet! It seemed like all the buses were loaded and gone within record time.

Tilden Senior Center booked a trip to the Holy Land in Orlando Florida with Tours of Distinction, who used your company's coach bus. The Driver was Roger Geetooah who was an excellent driver and a very, very patient gentleman.

There were 38 Senior Citizens on the bus with different attitudes, negative personalities. It seems like nothing was pleasing to them at the beginning of the trip. By the second day, Roger had them smiling and laughing. It just seems like the fun began. Thanks to Roger, they told jokes, sang songs, played games, just fun, fun from that day on.

If there's a driver of the month in your organization, please consider Roger Geetooah. I have other trips planned with Tours of Distinction and I've begged them to use Peter Pan just so I could get Roger as our driver. He was truly great with the seniors Connecting them together.

John SappingtonI have a daughter that is disabled and travels with a service dog. This past weekend she went from Danbury, CT to Hartford CT and then to Worcester MA. The station manager at Danbury and the driver of the Peter Pan bus were extremely caring and professional in making sure her needs were met. The driver also radioed ahead to make sure all connecting arrangements were correct and her bus transfer would go smoothly. She arrived home safely and said she had a very pleasant experience. Please pass along my thanks to all the drivers and station managers that made this a successful and enjoyable trip.

They actually most recently even helped to secure a bus at the last minute for an incoming team stuck on the Mass Pike, when their original bus company was detained. I’m thankful and confident that this never has and never will be an issue that a Harvard team will need to deal with.

I want to tell you that you guys made my day last Friday. I was scheduled on the 5:15 p.m. out of South Station that goes through Springfield and then on to Amherst. However, when I went to board the bus, they had changed it to an Express to Amherst! It was such a wonderful surprise and really made all the difference in my night. Because of us getting into Amherst early, I was able to have dinner with my husband and in-laws and it was great! Thanks again!
